A businessman comes to be a national leader...

When we saw a lot of comment like this:

CNN: Donald Trump is running the White House like a business. That's the problem

Bloomberg Opinion: Trump runs the government like his business. That's the problem

Most of the discussions, businessmen should not run a country.

But when I am searching for by entering 'businessman run for leader in the world', the top 20 peoples shows you that most of them are well-known successful businessmen in the world.

So businessmen are not a problem ...

Compared with the government, problems faced by an enterprise may be similar. 
Different will be on the scale of the problem.

But what I want to say, survival is the basis of the enterprise because its life cycle can be shorter than 30 days.

Businessmen are in training every second.  Basis instincts will drive them with no doubt and aggressive to solve the existing problem in time.  

So who will be the best leader?

I may say If anyone's characteristic and genes like this are available to be:

A sense of crisis 危機意識

Ambition 有志向和抱負

Anti-stress 能抗壓力

Determination 有決心

Perseverance 有毅力

Responsibility 肯承擔責任

Strong analytical 分析力強

Strong organization 組織力強

Strong communication skills 交際能力強

Strong insight 洞察能力強

Strong adaptability 應變能力強

Willing to listen 願意聆聽

It is really sad, where we can find this guy?

So a leader if experienced and smart enough, he/she should know the benefit to work with people with different ability.

Of course, the team can work smoothly or not, will be another issue?
Just depends on the attitude and organizational ability of the leader.
